Project Engineer / Project Manager Pharma , Biotech

Education

Requires a BS Degree in an engineering discipline.

 


Experience


 Minimum 3-5 years of project engineering or management experience with packaging line, automation, or manufacturing applications in the pharmaceutical industry.

 


Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities include all aspects of client relationship development and project execution including proposal development and presentation, management of project resources, project budgets and forecasting, schedule management, project engineering, integration, installation, start-up and project closure.

 

Requires excellent engineering and project management skills, including machinery applications, computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, & AutoCAD), and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates must be proficient at converting verbal, written, and other media-based information into project documentation, managing integration of packaging automation lines, and leading project teams. Experience in developing pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging industry documentation and cGMP familiarity is required.

 

Candidates need to possess strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors.  Maintaining and growing solid client relationships is a key responsibility.  Flexibility for travel is required.
