No you are not dreaming; great position in southwest Florida for a land development engineer with a cutting edge architectural/engineering firm. You must have at least 5 years of land development experience. You and a BS degree. You also must be willing to relocate to southwest Florida. Preferred will be people with experience in storm water modeling programs, autocad and local candidates.You will be responsible for the development of residential/commercial projects from initial meeting with clients through design, development into permitting and constructions aspects of the job. You will also be responsible for designing and engineering of those various projects and for working with clients and municipalities and existing design teams.
