This is an extremely profitable and stable Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Surveying firm in beautiful San Diego, California. There is an immediate opening for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager with extensive experience in Land Development projects.

 

The project manager should have 7+ yrs of progressive experience in all phases of land development, including, subdivisions, storm, sewer design, grading, drainage, stormwater, - residential and/or commercial. As a leader, the Manager will role up your sleeves and get into the project on a technical basis, while also provide the engineering foundations for the Civil Designers / Project Engineers.  The ability to work closely with clients, and experience in developing work with existing and new clients is required. Local knowledge of the Southern California market is a definite plus but not required.

Requirements

 

?  7+ yrs experience with land development

?  Prior Project Management experience in Civil Engineering

?  PE is required (CA registration is a plus)

?  Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
