Project Manager - Construction - Ft. Knox
Project Manager
Project Manager to plan, coordinate, direct, and supervise personnel, subcontractors, and vendors ensuring that they complete the work on time and within budget for a multi-million dollar project.
Establish and maintain Master Progress schedule, maintain owner, architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations. Prepare budget and financial reports, maintain general contract and subcontract documents, establish and monitor administrative procedures including billings, safety, and labor relations, while keeping management informed of the progress of the project.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of ten years of construction management experience with an emphasis on civil infrastructure and federal government work. Alutiiq, LLC offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary. Alaska Native / American Indian preference per PL 93-638. EOE.
