Project Manager - Geologist or Engineer

Kleinfelder is an environmental consulting firm working with petroleum, transportation, and industrial clients to manage environmental compliance and remediation throughout the Northeast, Middle Atlantic and Western states.

Project Managers will assist in the management of large multi-site client accounts, support/develop opportunities with real estate developers and law firms, and provide a high level of technical competency on in-house projects and in mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications
8+ years related experience in environmental consulting, a working knowledge of federal regulations, an in-depth knowledge of state regulations, and the ability to provide high-end technical support on complex projects.

As a senior technical resource and role model, this leadership position requires an excellent attitude and an ability to communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and junior staff. Strong technical skills in assessment and remediation of retail petroleum, commercial real estate, and industrial sites. Strong groundwater remediation experience and/or some environmental industry experience with some petroleum/UST business. Financial/business management background, RCRA experience and PE or PG licensures are a plus.

A BS or MS from an accredited college/university is preferred with a major in science or engineering.
