Job Description:
This position will report to the Surface Transportation Department Manager. Has responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple street and highway projects in excess of $500,000.

+ Actively manage client's budget, schedule and program; HNTB budget and schedule; project communications and documentation.
+ Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on medium to large size street and highway projects.
+ Satisfy client requirements.
+ Coordinate work efforts and review work performed.


Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 8-12 years of experience.
Wisconsin PE; Knowledge of WisDOT FDM Standards
Working knowledge of Microstation/INROADS software
Broad technical knowledge in highway design, drainage, traffic
Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality plans on-time, on-schedule, and within budget
Ability to market professional services
