Project Manager, Land Development Services

Little Diversified Architectural Consulting (Little), one of the nation's most progressive Design firms, is seeking a Project Manager for our Land Development Services Studio in our Charlotte office.

 

We are seeking someone to be responsible for design and production management of various types of land development projects, including private commercial office, retail, mixed use, and public projects.  The projects pursued, designed, and delivered by Little are some of the most sought-after in the region, and our clients are among the leaders in their industries. 

 

The successful candidate will have a graduate or undergraduate degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or an allied profession, and 5+ years of experience in all aspects of site specific design.  In addition, he/she must be proficient in AutoCad, Land Desktop, and basic Microsoft applications and have excellent team and client leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.  Professional registration is preferred but not required.
