Project Manager - Project/HVAC/Commercial Facilities 80-95 K/yr
Excellent opportunity for a HVAC PROJECT MANAGER for a well respected firm in northern Virginia specializing in commercial design. Requires BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and 7-10+ years of related experience. Experience in consulting for mechanical or HVAC is a plus. Need solid oral and written communication skills. Requires PE Professional Engineering license.
Position will lead a project team designing, selecting, and specifying HVAC equipment and controls systems for new designs and retrofits for an assortment commercial facilities and building types. Need solid technical skills and oral and written communication skills. Must have solid technical skills and understanding of related codes. Position will also interface with clients and mentor less experience engineering members of the project team.
Generous package includes salary based on experience, benefits, and relocation for the right candidate.
