Project Manager (Take the lead on a variety of Civil Engineering projects!)

About your role?

As our Project Manager, you would be responsible for leading a project team on multiple civil infrastructure projects, controlling each project's full life-cycle as well as the financial and budgetary aspects of each project. It?s a truly entrepreneurial role with the chance to get in on the ground floor of some exciting developments. Your specific responsibilities would include:Leading a project team (including subcontractors) on anywhere from three to 10 civil projects simultaneously (projects include land development, facilities and riverfront development and transportation)
Serving as the primary contact with the client and handling full financial responsibilities on each project
Developing the scope of the work, pricing jobs and communicating costs to clients and project team members
Giving direction to the project team to assure deadlines are being met and reviewing project status regularly

What kind of candidate are we looking for?



The qualified candidate will be a certified, Professional Engineer with demonstrated project management experience. PMP certification is preferred, as is prior involvement with projects greater than $10 million in size. A Master?s degree is preferred.
