Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring the logical and systematic implementation of all task orders from proposal preparation to final test and acceptance. 
Orchestrates the efforts of the design, integration and software engineering departments to meet schedule and cost requirements.
Performs functional analysis, detailed studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Acts as advisor to management and customer on advanced technical issues and applications.

 

Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 9 years of experience.
Must have significant experience in leading a multi-disciplined effort from requirements to acceptance/ operation and the principles of Configuration Management, Functional Baseline, and Product Baseline.
Familiarity with Video Teleconferencing and Video and Voice over IP technology.
Previous experience chairing or contributing to design reviews, defining & developing milestones & schedules and formal proposal preparation is required.
Experience with team planning and management activities.
Exposure to and experience with the system accreditation process is required.

 

Experience:
Previous experience of the day to day tasking and supervision of others is highly desired.
This position requires a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
