Position Description:

-Operates a pump hoist/crane 10-12 hours per day; five days per week.
-Work is typically in a construction environment.
-Supervise 1 or more employees. These employees perform such duties as assistants, etc.
-Prepare daily reports of all activities. These reports reflect work performed, time spent performing other activities besides drilling, reporting supplies consumed, etc.
-Conduct daily "tool box" safety meetings. This includes preparing reports of such meeting sand forwarding them to the local office.



Position Requirements:

-Previous experience as a Pump Installer, or number of years of field experience as a Driller Assistant or Helper.
-Must understand and be able to trouble shoot pumps, basic electrical connection. This requires extensive knowledge of "down hole" conditions along with a wide knowledge of techniques necessary to successfully install pumps
-Must have a complete knowledge of mechanics as related to drills, diesel, and gasoline powered engines, hydraulics, electrical, etc.
-Ability to personally handle heavy wrenches, lift and/or carry heavy tools or supplies and operate levers with both hands. All work is considered heavy.
-Must be able to work continuously outdoors in all weather conditions.
-Ability to communicate with clients and work with others.
-Read, write and understand the English language.
-A valid driver's license for the size and type of equipment to be operated. A class "B" or higher commercial license is required.
