QA Engineer

We are looking for an independent and detail oriented QA engineer who can work side by side with the development engineering team to test and verify product functionality and usability. The ideal candidate will have experience using a variety of desktop publishing and graphic arts applications on both Windows and Mac, and have experience testing applications and systems. Duties include reviewing engineering specification and providing feedback, assisting with the creation of test plans, executing test plans, reporting defects to engineers and tracking defect status.  Experience within the printing industry and knowledge of printing workflow is a strong plus.

 

Technical Requirements: Strong background in client-server testing environment, including UI testingExperience with both Windows and Mac based platformsGood understanding of network protocols and servicesGood knowledge of Office, Graphic Design and web applications  Programming and scripting experiences is a PLUS

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree combined with 1-3+ years of related experience in the field of software testing.
