Position Summary:


 


We are seeking an automation engineer to help test the Adobe Image Foundation, a next-generation imaging platform.  The candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding the automation infrastructure for building, testing, and reporting the quality metrics for the Adobe Image Foundation framework.  The position will involve working closely with a geographically distributed team of development engineers and quality engineers who will be developing and testing subsystems that involve low-level graphics APIs, complex multi-threaded system architectures, and new image processing language capabilities.


 


Knowledge & Skills:


 


The position requires at least a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering along with 2 to 3 years of scripting experience with Perl, Python, or JavaScript.  Experience developing automation systems on Mac and Windows is a requirement.  Database design and maintenance is highly preferred.  Knowledge of C/C++ is a plus.  Experience with scripting C/C++ interface technology such as Boost Python or SWIG is a plus.
