Job Summary:

Responsible for the coordination of the processes and methods necessary to control the quality of manufactured product.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Supervise 3-shift Quality Control Team

- Actively Manage activities such as: In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, First Article Sample Reporting, Statistical Process Control and Sampling Plans

- Training of Quality Control Team

- Quality Training of Manufacturing Personnel

- Creating Process Inspection Reports/Inspection Plans

- Manage the Quality(ISO) system and Internal Auditing

- Management of Revision changes for Production Runs, ECNs and Deviations

- Interaction with Customers

- Customer Complaint Management

Qualification and Skills:

- Bachelor of Science in Quality Management, related Engineering Field or the Equivalent

- Supervisory experience

- Experience and competence with Inspection Measuring Equipment

- Mechanical Blue Print Reading & Geometric tolerancing

- ISO 9001 Auditing Certification

- Six Sigma Experience a plus

- Manufacturing Experience

- Energetic Self Starter
