Privately held plastic component provider to the automotive and consumer product industries is replacing an engineer who left to return to Metro roots. Excellent quality of life in this small city area with easy access to Madison, WI. RESPONSIBILITY: Continuous manufacturing improvement with an emphasis in product quality enhancement. Promote Lean Manufacturing concepts and assist in areas of tooling and quality instruments. Promote Statistical Process Control in an ISO environment. REQUIREMENTS: BS degree in preferred and 2 plus years experience or Assocaite degree in Engineering and 5 plus years experience in doing quality related production activities in a plastic or automotive production environment. Will have QS or TS or ISO knowledge. Plusses are: Plastics, automotive, tooling, gauging, Lean Manufacturing, electronic data acquisition, and Autocad. Sorry but our client will not VISA sponsor
