QUALITY MANAGER. A manufacturer of membrane switches and decorative overlays seeks a Quality Manager to take a hands-on approach in analyzing production and quality issues, suggest and implement improvements, conduct internal testing and audits, maintain ISO 9001 certification, and identify potential areas for process improvements.  This individual will work directly with the production staff, as well as reporting to the President of the company. Individual will also interact directly with the customers/clients, to satisfy and resolve any quality issues with the products.

REQUIREMENT: Must have a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Must have at least 5 years of experience working with Quality Management in a production environment Must have a strong quality backgroung including ISO 9001, including handling ISO audits from beginning to end.  6-sigma highly desired MUST HAVE THE DESIRE TO TAKE A HANDS-ON APPROACH TO QUALITY IMPROVEMENTMust have strong communication skills with the ability to communication with production workers, management, and customers on a regular basis
