Job Responsiblities:
Execute manual test cases
Log and maintain defects into tracking system
Assist in updating and maintaining test cases
Review and provide input to requirements/design documents
Identify test cases from requirements/use cases
Extract test cases from requirements specifications
Design/develop detailed test cases
Update and maintain test cases
Develop testing requirements matrix
Execute basic SQL commands for data verification
Develop expert knowledge in application areas assigned
Coordinate defect closure/resolution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field OR equivalent work experience in related field
1-4 years software testing
Motivated, self-starting, team-oriented
Excellent verbal and written skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Familiar with software development and design concepts
Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work
Familiar with standard testing concepts, practices, and procedures Ability to recognize issues and trouble-shoot resolution
Customer-focused/service oriented.
