R&D Engineer

Ingenia Polymers, Inc. a progressive international manufacturer committed to excellence, with a growing list of Fortune 500 satisfied customers in the Petrochemicals and Plastics Industries seeks a Research Scientist/Engineer to join our group that values the best and brightest talent. With the opening of our new US R&D Technical Center in Houston, Texas, slated for this summer, Ingenia is looking for a talented individual to become a key part of the R&D Team.

This position is a critical player in the new R&D team which will be dedicated to market driven applied research projects primarily to support our US Operations in developing new commercial products and processes while interfacing and reporting to our Canadian Research and Development Center in Brantford, Ontario.

Requirements include:

1. Advanced degree in chemical/polymer engineering or a related discipline with excellent academic performance

2. Committed to continuous learning and broadening of the horizon of your expertise in applied engineering and science

3. Team approach

4. Ability to utilize creativity and broad thinking to challenging issues in the market arena.
