R & D (Fab 4) Lithography Equipment Engineer

As an Equipment Engineer in Fab 4 Lithography, you will be part of a team of engineers working on state-of-the-art coat/bake/develop track equipment development to support NAND Flash and DRAM product integration efforts. You will responsible for working directly with the pilot line to help install and optimize new processes, establishing and monitoring daily quals, troubleshooting system problems, and communicating issues and procedural changes to engineers and production staff. You will also work with suppliers to schedule equipment hardware and software upgrades, and work with the trades and equipment team on new tool installations and tool moves.



Qualified candidates will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of photolithographic track processing down to the recipe level. You must also have previous semiconductor experience or applied knowledge in a manufacturing environment.  Other desirable competencies include a strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with statistical methods and SPC, and proficient computer skills for documentation and analysis. 

 

Required Education:
A BS in Engineering or related science degree with 5 years semiconductor industry experience is required.  Prefer experience with coat/bake/develop tracks.
