RDA Equipment Engineer

As a Real-Time Defect Analysis (RDA) Equipment Engineer for IM Flash Technologies, you will be responsible for recipe creation, PM scheduling, troubleshooting, and providing feedback to vendors regarding tool features and issues. In this position, you will work with the RDA Module, Lead of Leads and other department engineers to understand the detection needs of various process levels and develop inspection recipes and strategies that meet the engineer's requirements. You will also be required to support down equipment and programming needs for the group and gain expertise on particular platforms and theory of operations for all RDA tool sets. As new tools are brought into the area you may also be asked to help with tool installation, initial calibration, and testing.



Qualified candidates will have previous semiconductor process knowledge and Fab experience (experience as an equipment engineer/tool owner is a plus). You should have experience with Darkfield or Brightfield wafer inspection systems, optics, or scanning electron microscopy.


 


Other desirable competencies include the ability to work individually or as part of a team, good verbal and written communication and organizational skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. You must also have the ability to multitask.


 


Required Education:
An Engineering degree with at least 6 months Semiconductor Experience or at least 6 months of experience as a Semiconductor Engineer is required.



**Initial training will be conducted in Manassas, Virginia. Position will be located in Lehi, Utah.**
