RF Circuit & Systems Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Complex circuit design and system design duties.
? Design and implementation of RF and associated control circuits.
? Develop detail system design specifications based on the product requirements, analyze industry test standards and system performance characteristics
? System integration of RF hardware components (test equipment, integration hardware, etc.)
? Participation in all phases of product realization cycle

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
? Excellent technical expertise (ability to become a subject matter expert)
? Subject matter expertise with CDMA or UMTS communication technology is desired
? In-depth knowledge of state of the art RF circuit design and layout concepts in the DC to 4 GHz range
? Familiarity with RF components such as mixers, switches, splitters/combiners, filters and MMIC amplifiers.
? Expert user of laboratory test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, and RF network analyzers
? Firmware and software design experience is a plus including FPGA VHDL development.
? Outstanding debugging and problem solving skills

REQUIREMENTS:
The qualifications for the position include:
? Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related technical field
? Familiarity with current wireless standards such as WCDMA, GSM, or CDMA2000
? Circuit design experience
? Track record of hands-on achievement
? Strong sense of ownership
? Good team player
? Good written and verbal communication skills
