RF/PA Electrical Engineer / MP854
Position Description: RF or microwave solid state circuit design with expertise in Power Amplifier, bias and control circuits, matching networks, and/or filter/diplexer design. Responsibilities include planning, design, simulation, verification, and production ramp support of highly integrated, high volume RF Power Amplifier and Front End Module products for wireless systems. A thorough understanding of impacts and interdependencies of other elements in the RF system is critical to success.
Qualifications:
Effectively plan and execute RF and analog circuit and IC designs. Ability to schedule and execute a project to meet critical deadlines within the cost and performance criteria provided by customers and marketing. Strong circuit simulation skills including HP ADS, Momentum, Cadence SpectreRF, HSPICE and/or PSPICE is necessary. Position requires a BSEE/MSEE with significant related experience.
