Job Description:

RF/Microwave Product Engineer responsible for SiC MESFET and GaN HEMT RF power devices, test, and evaluation. Specific responsibilities are as follows:

? Production test fixture design for discrete SiC MESFET and GaN HEMT RF power transistors
? Device testing and evaluation including S-parameter and large signal load pull characterization
? Design and maintain production ATE equipment for RF power devices
? Accuracy and integrity of production data
? Generation and implementation of RF test methods and procedures
? Software development and modification for ATE systems
? Process large amounts of test data, generate statistical outputs from this data
? Interface between design engineering, semiconductor fabrication, and package assembly groups
? Generate regular status reports

Qualifications:

? B.S.E.E. or equivalent experience
? 5+ years experience in production RF automated test systems and experience in RF circuit design
? Background in semiconductor fabrication desirable
? Demonstrated track record of working in a production environment with volume products
? Visual Basic programming knowledge
? Experience with industry standard software CAD and analysis tools: AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel, PCB layout tools
? Demonstrated ability to design within program cost and schedule constraints
