RFIC Design Engineer/Analog IC Design Engineer
Description/Requirements: Analog IC design background/experience in the conceptualization, design, layout and evaluation of analog IC circuitry such as bandgap and PTAT bias networks, op amps, comparators, level shifters, etc.Analog IC analysis background/experience; hand analysis using small signal models such as hybrid-pi, y-, h- and s-parameter models and appropriate large signal models.Analog IC block design experience. Experience in the conceptualization, design, layout and evaluation of: - Modern transceivers including knowledge of radio architectures including direct down conversion, variable IF, low IF, and undersampled constructive aliasing approaches. - Analog monolithic filter design including gm-C, mosfet-C, active RC, and general network synthesis of biquadratic, state variable, or ladder simulation approaches.
