RFIC - PLL Synthesizer Designer / MP679

Position Description: Providing key contributions to various PLL and synthesizers for state-of-the-art transceivers for cellular standards. Involvement in product definition, design and delivery to mass production.


Qualifications:

MS / Ph.D. with 5 / 3 years IC design experience with strong emphasis on PLL and synthesizer design.
A solid track record in CMOS or BiCMOS RFIC design is required. Key areas of interest include: integer PLLs, fractional-N synthesizers, sigma-delta concepts, VCO's, high frequency signal buffering and transport. An understanding of RF transistor modeling and circuit noise theory is required. Related experience in LNAs, Mixers, modulators, oscillators, analog circuits etc. is desirable. Candidates should be familiar with RF system level specifications and detailed circuit design for one or more of the major Cellular or WLAN standards. Proactivity, self motivation and excellent team work is a must.
