RFIC Power Amp Electrical Engineer / MP633

Position Description: This position is for RF or microwave solid state circuit design, specifically with expertise in Power Amplifier design. The responsibilities include an understanding and knowledge of the RF system and subsystems design.


Qualifications:

This position requires the candidate to be able to effectively plan, and execute RF/analog/microwave circuits and IC design. Must have the ability to schedule and execute a project to meet deadlines as well as create cost effective methods in the design of Power Amplifier products. In addition, be able to understand market drivers and how they impact the success of Skyworks circuit design. The candidate must be able to develop designs utilizing RF/analog or mixed signal simulations such as (Cadence SpectreRF, HP ADS/MDS, HSPICE, PSPICE). The candidate must be able to tie measured data back to the simulations to create successful designs. This position requires a BSEE or MSEE with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
