Detail oriented self starter to assist in managing the planning, entitlements, engineering and permitting of master planned communities in several western states.  A minimum of five years experience is required with regard to the planning and development of planned communities, managing consultants, budgets and schedules, and interfacing with various government agencies to obtain project approvals.  Applicant should have a degree in planning, architecture, engineering, or landscape architecture.  The position will be based in Phoenix but significant travel may be required.
