Our Ocala and First Coast locations are each in need of Office Managers to lead our successful teams.  These positions are upper management and designed to become future partners in our employee-owned firm.

Please read our description below:

 

 This person will coordinate and direct professionals and administrative support functions for a regional office.  Primary functions will include: Follow company strategic goals to ensure specific tasks are being met. Direct all operations for the office, and oversee coordination with other BSA offices. Ensures that products are designed to standards and delivered to client per contract. Maintains economical production methods. Recommends changes, reviews progress, and approves cost estimates or proposals.  Evaluates production capabilities and recommends improvements. May assist in developing quality assurance policies and procedures.

 

Secondary responsibilities will include: Organizes office operations such as workspace assignment and layout. Manage decision process for hiring, terminating, promoting, or evaluating office personnel.  Monitor budget, accounting, and time records. Supervises employees. Implement policies and procedures for production of documents and work flow.

 

Required Skills:  At least 15 years of professional experience, 5 of which must be in a direct supervisory role.  This person must be a registered Professional with any of the following backgrounds: Civil Engineering, Land Planning/Landscape Architecture, or Surveying & Mapping.

Bachelor?s Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Planning/Landscape Architecture or Geomatics.
