Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

The successful candidate will have experience with one or more of the following:
o System Design Processes and System Engineering Standards
o CONOPS development
o Development and maintenance of program requirements and system specifications documents to include Interface Control Documents (ICD)
o Risk management evaluation techniques and processes
o Calibration, Integration, Verification, and Test support
o Modeling and Simulation tools, techniques, and processes which support system design and/or system performance evaluation
o Research and Development (R&D)
o Signals Intelligence
o Requests for Change (RFC) processes and governing documentation
o Radio Frequency spectrum
o Space-based ISRS systems and supporting technologies
Bachelors Degree in Science, Math, Engineering and 2-5 years of work experience.
Successful candidate will have completed a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required.
