Revenue & Customer Assurance Analyst

TracFone Wireless is currently seeking a Revenue & Customer Assurance Analyst to analyze and document data for both revenue and customer related information.  The main function of this position is to establish, implement and monitor  high level key performance indicators (KPI's), reporting and metrics. 

 

Responsibilties:

 
Determine data required for analysis to establish key performance indicators KPI's) and metrics for the monitoring of customer behavior.
Assist in the establishment based on analytics conducted. 
Monitor and audit customer interactions.
Ensure proper controls are in place ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
Monitor and audit customer profile ensuring data produced is accurate.
Review customer information relating to financial data produced.
Ensure credit card processing and fraud control parameters are at optimal levels.
Conduct billing audit procedures to ensure billing  processes are operating efficiently.
Query, analyze, and reconcile financial/business data for all revenue chanin process.

 

Requirements:

 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other business or operational related background.
Computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Access.
