A world-class semiconductor capital equipment corporation, located in Dallas, TX
needs, IMMEDIATELY, three Senior Design Engineers.

These three Senior Design Engineers' education and background will include the
following:

- Minimum of an MS degree in Electrical Engineering, PhD preferred;
- Minimum of closely related experience - MS: 7 years, PhD: 3 years.

Specific experience should include most of the following:

- GaAs MMIC or RF IC design and development for frequencies ranging from
2GHz to 94GHz;
- Packaged products;
- Multichip modules;
- MMIC power amplifier development in one, or more of the following applications:
- WLAN;
- 77 GHZ automotive radar;
- Millimeter wave linear power amplifiers;
- Military radar HPAs;
- Microwave and EM simulation tools, such as:
- ADS;
- MWO;
- SONNET;
- IE3D;
- HFSS;
- Momentum;
- Microwave/RF measurements, including:
- S-Parameter;
- Power;
- Linearity (2-tone, NPR, ACPR, or EVM)
- Noise figure;
- Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret-level security clearance.
