SR. APPLICATIONS ENGINEER (IR/PHOTOVOLTAIC)

This is a key technical position, providing IR/Photovoltaic system design development.  You will work with our newest high-tech products and will be highly involved in our success going forward.  This position will provide the principal direction and leadership in developing and implementing innovative process equipment for the photovoltaic market; establish equipment specifications and pricing; and work with our Engineering Team to optimize equipment operation and functionality.  You will lead efforts to configure tools to meet customer specifications and participate in new product development.  Approximately 25% of your time will involve travel to assist in development or start-up activities at customer facilities.

 

Candidates should possess:B.S. degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMinimum of 4 years of infrared, photovoltaic or semiconductor process experience. Experience in quoting or specifying Capital EquipmentProficiency with MS Office products (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)Strong teamwork skills
