IMMEDIATELY, a Senior Reliability Engineer.

This Senior Reliability Engineer's education and background will include the following:

- BSEE/BSME degree;
- Minimum of four years of closely related experience, with the last, min. of one year in a
lead position;
- Defining product reliability requirements;
- Knowledge of electrical measurement equipment;
- Microsoft Office proficiency;
- Experience with failure analysis af electrical assemblies and components;
- HPV and Labview;
- Visual Basic, Cxx, MATLAB;
- Thermal measurement techniques;
- Knowledge of communication and networking protocols;
- Constructing reliability models and estimates for new products;
- Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis;
- Participating in design reviews of electro-mechanical assemblies;
- Leading project teams in the development of product qualification plans;
- Leading project teams in the development of test procedures for new products
and changes to existing products;
- Leading project teams in defining and conducting Reliability Demonstration Tests
including Environmental Stress Screening, Accelerated Life Tests, etc.
- Leading project teams in the design and implementation of production burn-in/stress
screening protocols;
- Collecting and reporting of reliability data of the Company's present products operating
in the field;
- Manage Failure Review Board Process for responsible products;
- Assist in the failure analysis of critical failure (internal or external).
