Strategist

SHR Perceptual Management is a Scottsdale-based brand consulting and communications design firm that specializes in creating and shaping consumer perceptions through brand strategy development, corporate identity programs, and other forms of marketing communications.

We seek a full-time brand strategist to guide projects through all phases of brand strategy development. He or she will join SHR?s strategy and research team to contribute as an active team member to our full slate of regional and national clients.

Job functions include:

?  Conduct solid foundational secondary research, situational/marketplace analysis and issues identification as a basis for brand strategy building

?  Assist SHR?s research team with research design for primary research projects (qualitative and quantitative)

?  Develop interview guides and conduct one-on-one primary interviews

?  Observe, report on and analyze findings from primary research projects conducted by SHR (qualitative and quantitative)

?  Contribute to the development of solid brand strategy platforms for assigned clients

?  Write clearly articulated and substantiated research reports, case studies and brand strategy rationale

?  Prepare and deliver client presentations

?  Assist with proposal development as needed

 

The ideal candidate should have:

?  Four-year degree in a related field (if undergraduate, please provide GPA and relevant coursework)
