Sales Engineer -- Avaya IP Telephony

Our client is a leading multi-national telecommunications company who provides a full range of Avaya IP telephony solutions to its business customers.  We are seeking an Avaya-certified engineer with specific expertise in IP telephony and network convergence technologies. Candidates should demonstrate the following:One or more current Avaya certifications such as:  ACA, ACS, ACE A successful track record of assisting sales teams with technical presentations and closing sales opportunities Deep expertise with Avaya IP products and Avaya Hosted IP telephony, as well as Avaya configuration tools Practical, real world experience with the design and implementation of multi-site IP telephony systems Current knowledge of QoS, VOIP over a WAN, Hosted IP-PBX, IP-Centrex, and managed IPT solutions Knowledge of legacy TDM / PSTN systems and hybrid environments Excellent teamwork with sales reps, fellow engineers and other internal resources, as well as strong verbal and written communications skills

Candidates must have a record of job stability with well-established companies.
