Scheduler/Project Controls

Our Seattle, Washington Transportation Programs unit is looking to add several mid level Project Schedulers to their expanding staff to fill needs related to a long term program management project for Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).  This project will require that we place people directly into existing WSDOT office locations located throughout the state. 

Responsibilities for this role will include:

?  Composing and updating resource loaded schedules

?  Entering and retrieving scheduling related data from various databases

?  Communicating scheduling related data to project management staff, clients, government agencies, contractors and subcontractors

Qualifications for this position include: 

?  BS in Engineering or Construction Management or BA in Business

?  A minimum of five years of scheduling experience

Experience with Primavera P3, P3e/c (import and export features especially), MS Project, MS Office is required.  Candidate must have strong communication skills and an ability to work with minimal supervision.  Transportation project experience is preferred.
