General Dynamics Information Technology has an immediate Opening for a Senior Analyst in Arlington, VA. The candidate selected for this position will provide analyst support with significant Army force development/fielding/Army Transformation and Headquarters Department of the Army Staff experience to the FDU Division within the Army Programs Office G-8, Directorate of Integration (DOI) within Force Development (FD). Senior Analyst to execute force development tasks in order to synchronize and deliver a fielding solution to support Army Transformation using the DOTMLPF framework. Support to include developing, analyzing, preparing briefing material and backup documents for input into the Army Transformation policy. Provide analytical support to the Army Staff in support of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System activities. Provide input on future developments for the Program Objective Memorandum and designated Army Force modularity and material development programs consistent with the Unit Set Fielding Modularity Schedule. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Accordingly, U.S. Citizenship is required.

B.S. or B.A. Degree a must with significant U.S. Army Force Development related military duties or providing professional U.S. Army Force Development related management/engineering services. U.S. Army Transformation, fielding and Headquarters, Department of the Army Staff experience and a bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, business, or other field relevant to the support in which the individual is performing.

Must hold a current active SECRET clearance and must demonstrate the ability to work independently when given only general direction.

Extensive experience in U.S. Army Force Development programs, U.S. Army Transformation, equipment and manning fielding processes and ARSTAF. Computer literacy to include; PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Effective communication skills and sound organizational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
