ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This senior development engineer will lead pioneering research and product development in the area of electro-luminescent lamp materials technology. The person would be responsible for technology, materials and product development related to electro-luminescent lighting solutions as dictated by the market and the Durel business.
REQUIREMENTS:
Masters Degree with more than 10 years experience or PhD with more than 5 years experience in the area of polymers, materials, etc. New product/materials development experience. Some experience with interfacing with customers and understanding market needs for product development. Strong team player. Ability to operate independently with self direction. Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Product development experience with EL lamps and associated materials.
