Senior Electrical Estimator

Mass. Electric Construction Co. (MEC) is one of the largest electrical contractors in North America with our main office located in Boston and projects across the US.  MEC performs $300+ million in annual volume with unlimited bonding capacity working across all electrical markets including commercial/institutional/industrial/life sciences/transit and power distribution. 

 

We are in search of Senior Electrical Estimators (SEE) with significant Transit and Utility experience for our New York office. 

 

The SEE should have a minimum of 7-10 years electrical estimating experience on large infrastructure transit and utility construction projects.  The SEE position requires Bachelor?s Degree in an Engineering, Construction or related discipline or equivalent experience in electrical construction.

 

Qualifications:

 Must possess effective oral & written communication skills Display strong organization/time management skills Have knowledge of specialty material/equipment Able to work independently as well as part of a team Exhibit good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
