Senior Electronics Technician

As a Senior Electronics Technician at Micron, you be responsible for supporting assembly and testing of camera technology hardware. You will coordinate component ordering; maintain inventory; and assemble, troubleshoot, test, and debug prototype and completed designs.  In addition, you will assist with field tests for our cameras and complete simple board schematic designs and layouts.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 6 years experience as a technician. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and customers with urgent needs. Experience with test equipment, including Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Meters, and Power Supplies is required. You should have excellent soldering skills and be proficient in prototype assembly, component knowledge, and trouble-shooting down to the component level.  Experience understanding schematics and layouts are required.  A valid CA driver’s license and access to a vehicle is also required.  Eagerness to learn about imaging, video, and optics is a plus. Education:
AA or 2-year technical degree is required.*06
