The incumbent will work with the PMO and other CAM?s to develop master schedules at project initiation, and be responsible for status reporting during project execution.  This includes developing performance measurement criteria for individual work packages and creating variance reports when necessary.  As a CAM, the individual will be responsible for the financial and technical performance of all work packages assigned.

 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a least 5 - 7 years diverse financial background is required.  The ideal candidate would have strengths in project management, planning, scheduling, and project execution with exposure to cost performance administration.  Knowledge of Earned Value Management, finance / accounting course work, scheduling tools (i.e., Open Plan, MS Project), experience with estimating.  WBS, and financial status reporting is required.   Responsible to implement the objectives, principles, and policies of Sperry Marine's commitment to equal employment and affirmative action as defined in general operations handbook and the current affirmative action program.
