Senior Engineer/Analyst (USMC Logistics)

MTC Technologies, Inc. (MTC) provides a wide range of sophisticated system engineering, intelligence, information technology and program management solutions, primarily to the Department of Defense and various intelligence agencies.

Provide project management support to the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory for Logistics experimentation issues to increase combat effectiveness. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to: (1) Recommending operational concepts, organizational and training innovations to enhance the ability to provide Combat Service Support (CSS) from a Sea-Base to Marine Air Ground Task Forces (MAGTF) forces operating ashore; (2) Assisting in integrating prototype or surrogate equipment into CSS capability enhancements; and (3) Recommending scenarios integrating CSS concepts to support experimental events.

Education:Graduate Degree (MS/ME/MA/MBA), 10 years of progressive technical experience or Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA), 14 years of progressive technical experience.
Marine Corps experience necessary for this position. This position requires a minimum of 10 years experience, comprehensively demonstrating knowledge and understanding of MAGTF operations at the MEU, MEB, and MEF level. Also requires an understanding of joint and service doctrine and an understanding of the military experimentation process. MS Office and intermediate computer skills are required.
Specialized Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with seabased logistics. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
