Senior Engineer Avionics

Northwest Airlines is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Engineer Avionics in our Technical Operations department.  This is a full-time position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

 

This position will provide engineering and technical management of modifications, maintenance, and other support on aircraft avionics and electrical systems.

 

Responsible for supporting A330 cabin avionics systems including reliability analysis support and project work, including aircraft commissioning and interior reconfigurations.

 

Qualifications

 

BSEE, BSET, or 12 years progressively technical experience designing avionics installations, developing wiring diagrams and maintenance manuals, providing liaison support to line and hangar maintenance.

 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Strong analytical skills.  Ability to interact with wide range of customer groups, both internal and external.
