Senior Environmental Permitting Specialist

Responsibilities include business development, proposal preparation, project execution, client communications, and staff development.

Requirements:

BS or MS in Environmental Science, Planning or related field with 10+ years experience which should include project & client management skills, and expertise of New England regulatory requirements, including MA Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 91 Licensing program, and 401 Water Quality Certification, ACOE Section 10/404 and 103 permitting, NPDES Stormwater permitting and NEPA compliance. Excellent writing and public presentation skills required.
