We have an EXCITING 1.5 Year + !!! contract in SSF for a
SENIOR FACILITY COORDINATOR with CFM designation or equivalent

DUTIES:
1. Provide reliable and cost effective Facilities Management Services for our clients Research and Development Facilities
2. Oversee facilities service providers and ensure contracted services are delivered in accordance to contract requirements.
3. Assist manager with selecting, training and managing the performance of internal contract supervision and logistics support staff for (24x7) support and coverage.
4. Provide daily direction and assign work priorities to regular full time employees.
5. Monitor quality and service levels for each service provider, report and drive corrective action for service level or quality deficiencies.
6. Assist Manager with forecasting, preparation and implementation of operating expense budget for contracted facilities services listed above.
7. Define scope of work for service provider and required schedule for completion of work to meet customer needs.
8. Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure that work requests are completed on time.
9.Review cost estimates for contract work and drive cost reduction efforts.
10. Ensure contractors and service providers deliver high quality, cost effective facilities services to client.
11. Responsible for completion of documentation related to contracted facilities services process including maintenance management system requirements, incident reports and discrepancies.
12. Develop, maintain and drive to resolution internal customer complaints logs relating to contracted facilities services.
13. Conduct regular inspections to verify service provider?s performance in the field.
14.Develop and maintain 7x24x365 day emergency response capabilities for business critical contracted facilities services and coordinate shift exchange with other crews to promptly address any problems found during off shifts relating to contracted facilities services.
15. Ensure service provider maintains buildings as it relates to the specific service provider, e.g., Custodial, Engineering, Integrated Pest Management and General Building Maintenance Services. Verify billing of services rendered and review and approve invoices.
16. Submit accurate monthly accruals for value of services rendered.
17. Coordinate with service providers to support construction in occupied buildings to ensure no unscheduled downtime to operations.
18. Support construction project reviews and analysis as it pertains to contracted facilities services.

SKILLS
-- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience, preferably in a biotech, pharmaceutical or closely related industry with a proven performance record.
-- Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
-- Proficiency in both oral and written communications is essential.
-- Ability to read, interpret and produce engineering documents.
-- Advanced documentation skills to ensure project files and system documentation is maintained at a superior level.
-- Work safely in an environment containing hazardous chemicals, high and low temperature liquids, high-pressure liquids and gasses, steam, and moving machinery.
-- Ability to read, understand and work from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-- Perform preventive maintenance according to Standard Operating Procedures.
-- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Detailed oriented and demonstrate good record keeping practices.
-- Ability to work overtime or temporarily modify shift schedule to support operations as needed.
-- Proficiency in understanding of Federal, State, Local and client regulations.
-- Demonstrate effective communication skills including preparing technical reports, the revision of various procedures (SOPs, IPs, etc...) and the Utilization of the EMPAC/GMMS or an equivalent work order system.
-- Ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
-- Good Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Process control systems & PLC?s.

EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent experience.
CFM designation or equivalent preferred.
