Senior Field Service Engineer (Fort Lauderdale/Miami)

Description:
The Senior Field Support Engineer is responsible for providing field services to support the installation, start-up, maintenance and operation of automation control systems, drive systems, imanufacturing systems, industrial networks and the individual products which comprise these systems. The Senior Field Support Engineer position is a leadership position where responsibilities also include commercial customer interface, project planning, project and site management, development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and provision of expert level service support to resolve complex problems relating to products, technologies and industry processes. The Senior Field Support Engineer requires minimal day-to-day supervision and direction, and frequently works independently to optimize work activities and revenue generation while providing field service support for our customers.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

o Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Technology, or registration as a professional engineer, plus 6+ years of directly related experience

or

o Associate of Science Degree in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent technological training (e.g. technological training received while serving in the military, or equivalent industry training), with 10+ years of directly related experience
