Senior Hydraulic Engineer - Transportation - Raleigh, Charlotte

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Hydraulic Engineer with experience?in transportation related projects.

?

Responsibilities:
Coordinate hydraulic and hydrologic design and analysis for all types of highway and bridge projects throughout the state of North Carolina.
Oversee hydraulic design for bridges, culverts and highways, hydrologic studies, storm water managements and scour analysis.

?

Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering
PE license in the state of North Carolina (or the ability to obtain one in a year).
Minimum of 7 years experience in hydraulic design for bridges, culverts, and highways.
Knowledge of HEC-RAS, HEC-2, and HY-8.
Knowledge of North Carolina DOT policies and procedures required.
