Senior Implementation Manager

Description: This is a customer-facing senior technical member of RSA Consumer Solutions Division Implementation Management (Professional Services) team. This position involves maintaining open dialog with strategic customers; coordination between customer and RSA business and technical resources; and proactive management of customer expectations. This person will engage with our customer's business and technical staff and works closely with RSA's sales, implementation and engineering groups in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment. The candidate should have a genuine enthusiasm for ensuring customer satisfaction and quality product performance.
The qualified candidate should be able to:

Engage with customers to understand their requirements, select appropriate product and architectural solutions and act as a business project manager

Represent RSA Consumer Solutions Division to strategic customers throughout the complete lifecycle of the solution implementation, beginning with RFP / SOW / Proposal and continuing through implementation and then ongoing operations

Anticipate and understand both technical and business issues within assigned accounts, and find creative solutions using resources from RSA Implementation Management team, RSA engineering, or other sources as necessary

Create and maintain documentation for each customer project

Provide on-call 24/7 support for strategic RSA customers as part of escalation path

Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and product features

Identify cause of business problems, and coordinate resolution using technical, administrative, business or other means

Qualifications:
Ability to work independently, finding creative solutions and resources as needed to complete implementations

Ability to conceptualize the "big picture" as well as drill down in sufficient technical detail to articulate specific requirements for problem resolution and new feature requests

Ability to translate business requirements and technical capabilities between customers, RSA product marketing, RSA professional services and RSA engineering

Ability to create a positive customer experience through effective communication

Ability to quickly understand new concepts and technologies

Systems knowledge with Windows, Unix or Linux

Knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, FTP, Firewalls)

Must be willing to travel (up to 30%)

Master's degree or equivalent; or Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 10+ years of experience
