SHW Group, a nationally recognized Architectural Engineering firm, is seeking creative, collaborative and self-motivated people for the following positions in Dallas, Texas:

Senior Lead Structural Engineer

? PE and preferably MS degree in structural engineering to manage our structural group.

? The successful candidate will have at least 10 years exp with the design and construction of building-related structures.

? Design experience should include reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry.

Structural Designer/Drafter

? Minimum of 5 years exp in structural drafting/design of building-related structures.

? Drafting experience should include reinforced concrete and steel.

The right candidate must be able to work in a creative, self-directed and flexible team environment. Must also be a problem-solver, have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
