Requirements include:Ensure a high standard of routine process review and effective troubleshooting Works with superintendents to address issues of technical supportReports on process performance Work with the R&D Engineer on process development activities Upgrade general technical awareness Champion health and safety standards in all activities Assist in development and implementation of innovative process improvements, work practices and equipment utilizationProvide leadership in maintaining an efficient and productive work force

 

Qualifications include: B.S. degree and a minimum of 6 years related metallurgical/chemical engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing or mining environment
